This week has been crazy exhausting. I worked 40 hours, crushed all but two of my workouts (legs today, spin tomorrow) and kept my nutrition on point. I am feeling 100% strong and confident. Tonight I get my cheat meal. And I’m really feelin’ a cheeseburger…like..bad. I never want them, so I may just give in. Also, its my four year anniversary to my wonderful boyfriend today....
I am running out of so many supplements :( And I was laid off for two weeks which means I have no money, double :( . At least I still have protein and a few vitamins. Soon I’ll be buying more pre workouts, BCAA’s, and I’m going to try green tea extract because I stopped drinking tea since its summer.

I am so excited....
to sit in an epsom salt bath and give my legs a little r&r. Work was terrible today with all of the hopping on and off of my forklift and going upstairs to pee a million times. I smashed shoulders today and skipped the cardio because I really need my legs to not be sore, so that I can torture them again soon. In 1.5 weeks I am on vacation and I am terrified because I want to stick to my diet...
Oh my legs
I am so sore. I really brutalized my legs yesterday and normally I’d be proud to be sore…… But this is actually super painful. I haven’t been this sore in years. I’m talking like… The kind of sore after your first ever leg session. My quads and glutes are toast! I’m going to have a hell of a week doing cardio.
Yesterday I smashed legs and decided to skip cardio for some conditioning. I always choose this tiny area thats out of the way with a mat ready to go. So I’m doing my squats and jump squats and a girl decides to squeeze behind me to use the mat. I pretty much turn around like the exorcist and say “seriously?” She gives me this look so I move, throw my shit and keep going....

Digestive enzymes are helping but I need more probiotics. I have an appointment with my naturopathic doctor, who will take a look at my diet and my tracking of food to see what the problems could be. She’ll also want me to get allergy tested. After I see her, I have an appointment with my MD who will give me the green light..I hope. I’m also really excited for my cheat meal this...
