I will be taking my personal training course next weekend. By next month I will be a certified personal trainer. I’m lining up my next job for when I’m done at Chrysler. Good thing I’ve had numerous offers. I’d rather be in a gym than a factory any day of the week.

High carb day…I love you.

Eating my oats and drinking my protein shake then it’s off to train legs. We have some: -squats and jump lunges -leg press with ball hamstring curls -burpees -leg extensions with walking lunges -calf raises Pretty much everything is a superset which will speed things up and then I’ll hit the stairs for 30 minutes. I’m also going to look at a few more houses today!

Done work and now I am cramming a steak salad in my mouth, rushing to shower and get dressed because…. my good friend is getting married tonight. Why am I eating before a wedding and a reception? Because I don’t want to eat the bullshit that they try and feed you. Also, I yelled at two supervisors today. What a great day.

My ereader screen is broken. My life is….. going to be really dull at work and during cardio now. Knew I should have bought a kindle to begin with instead of the canadian kobo. Today was a rest day and I’m so glad I took it. I went grocery shopping and tonight I’m going to bed insanely early because I’m that tired.

Carb-Cycling
So I just started carb-cycling. 3 low, 1 high and so far so good. Although, there’s a ton of things in my meal plan that I can’t eat so me and my coach are working it out. Also, vegan protein…you still taste like dirt. I should take my rest day tomorrow…but I dunno. I don’t feel like I need one yet.

I got up at 6am. Made breakfast but didn’t eat it so that my cardio would be fasted. Took my L-Carnitine and drank my green tea. Did some bleacher runs, sprints and jump squats. Now I’m home enjoying my clean pancakes and I’m about to shower so I can go look at houses!!! Later today I’ll be doing two mini-circuits of chest and back plus 15 minutes on the stepmill....

Trying to buy a house is probably the most stressful thing ever. I am excited, nervous and about to die from being stressed all at once.

So instead of doing straight sets for each 1-2 body parts that I train per session, I am doing two mini-circuits. And let me tell you, it burns. It’s amazing and I definitely feel like I am pushing myself to the very last rep. I am also upping my cardio to 30-40 mins depending on what I am doing. I’ll be splitting the longer sessions up because honestly, I can’t do cardio for 40...
So my trainer got back to me today and we are in the process of writing up an entirely new diet plan and training schedule which will better suit my goals. I am very excited because that means I don’t have to think about what I am eating, I just have to cook by her rules! Awesome!
