I am Brittany and I am trying to get into the best shape of my life. I want to build muscle and burn fat. Another goal is to someday compete in a competition! This is not a thinspo blog or pro-ana. I don't support them and don't care about being skinny.
I am a healthy, fitness oriented blog.
So… I may have to call it off if my stomach doesn’t settle or improve. I am so frustrated that I want to cry and my coach is trying to accomodate my intolerances and sensitivities…but there’s literally only so much I can do.
I want to cry.
Been eating too much cheese, condiments and had half a sub. So for punishment I’ll be doing fasted cardio tomorrow. Which I hate. Hopefully it’ll make it less likely to happen. I’m also lucky right now that my comp prep for the first four weeks is cleaning up my diet. Which means 6.5 days clean, without a mass amount of condiments and a cheat meal on weekends. I’ll also be cutting my cheat in half to compensate for this. Which is okay with me.
First week of competition prep down, only 16 more to go.
The first week wasn’t as difficult as I had imagined, which is amazing. And I’m waiting for my shoes to come in the mail! :) Tomorrow’s workout is back/chest, and I need to lift as heavy as I possibly can for both. I love back days, so that shouldn’t be a problem. I also bought Casein protein for before bedtime. I made pudding with it tonight and it actually didn’t taste as bad as I thought it would. Bonus!
I have hired my first Coach!!! This is very exciting and scary. I really liked the game plan she had to offer and she’ll be sending me my nutrition and training schedules today.
Which means you know what I’ve been doing all weekend so far? Eating things I won’t be able to eat until my Oct 6th OPA comp.
I will be in the Figure Division. And I almost have my shoes. Which is also very exciting! The sooner I get those bad boys, the sooner I’ll be able to practice walking in them!!
Been emailing a training coach back and forth for about an hour now… I sent her my current pictures and info, as well as foods I dislike (brussel sprouts) and now I have to wait for both the exercise and nutrition plans. If I like what I see, I give a green light and start my prep.
